First Rapture beta release

We are very pleased to announce today that the first beta release of Rapture is being made to a limited user base. Over the coming weeks we will be adding features, stability and services to the Rapture platform, whilst opening it up to more users as its interface stabilizes and we gain confidence in its readiness for production.

Jon Pretty made the announcement with very little fanfare on Twitter by linking to a brief tutorial on getting a simple web application up and running on Rapture.

Whilst users will need a valid access key to use Rapture, the tutorial should provide a good overview of Rapture in use. If you are interested in participating in the growing beta programme, please get in touch.
